
YOU DID IT! Way to go!! I hope during this Mini Challenge journey you accomplished what you set out to do - learn tips and techniques to incorporate into everyday life to take charge of your own happiness.
Keep the happiness going by continuing to work on the items we learned over the past 6 weeks. As a reminder, here is an overview:
Week 1 – Gratitude. Reference and build upon My Grateful Gifts List that you created this week.
Week 2 – Relationships. Keep growing and nurturing meaningful and positive relationships in your life.
Week 3 – Be Kind to You. Reference and modify your Amazing List. Don’t drown in a toxic brew, take positive action instead.
Week 4 – Creativity. Take the time to just “be”, play, and let the mind wander.
Week 5 – Sense of Purpose. Serve others passionately.
Week 6 – Power of Calm. Keep practicing your calming techniques so when fire rages in, you can quickly put it out.
You might also find it helpful to continue with the daily Gratitude Photo Project. Or another idea is to start keeping a gratitude journal. It is simple to do and a great way to focus yourself on what you have to appreciate in life. Each day, write down in your journal 3 things you’re grateful for.
