POACHED HONEY SALMON
An inexpensive but tasty way to enjoy
the benefits of salmon.

Ingredients:
• 1 pound salmon
• 1 oz wildflower honey
• 1 dash lemon juice
• 1 dash lime juice
• 2 dashes salmon seasoning
Instructions:
Double up 24 inches of aluminum foil. Place salmon skin side down. Drizzle wildflower honey over
salmon. Sprinkle lemon and lime juice on salmon. Sprinkle salmon seasoning (I prefer Chef Paul
Prudhomme’s Magic Salmon Seasoning
®
) to taste. Fold foil over long way into a pouch. Fold ends
securely. Place on preheated grill and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
