GRILLED ASPARAGUS WITH AVOCADO

Ingredients:
• 1 bunch asparagus
• 1 avocado
• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 3 dashes lemon pepper
• 3 dashes garlic powder
Instructions:
Wash and snap asparagus spears at their natural break. Lay in a single layer in shallow foil baking pan.
Drizzle with half of olive oil and sprinkle half of spices over the spears. Peel, core and slice the avocado.
Place avocado slices evenly over asparagus layer. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and spices. Place
baking pan on top rack of grill while grilling your meat or main dish. Flip avocado and roll asparagus
spears once during cooking.
