ASIAN STYLE PORK TENDERLOIN
Instead of fatty pork ribs, try this lean pork tenderloin
recipe. All you need is five ingredients and 30 minutes
to serve this low-fat, flavor-filled dinner.

Ingredients:
• 1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
• 2 pieces ginger
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 bunch scallions
• 1/2 cup lite soy sauce
Instructions:
Cut garlic, ginger and scallions. Place in pyrex dish. Add tenderloin and cover with lite soy sauce.
Place on middle rack in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Let rest then cut into medallions.
