FISH TACOS

A new twist to the taco—make it a wrap! You’ll
love this protein and fiber-filled fish.
Serves: 4
Serving Size: 19 oz
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Inactive: 0 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes
TOTAL: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
• 8 oz tilapia
• 1 package low-sodium taco seasoning
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1 avocado, chopped
• 1 purple cabbage, shredded
• 4 tablespoons greek yogurt
• 1 15 oz can reduced-sodium black beans
• 4 whole wheat wraps (or whole wheat tortillas)
Instructions:
Pan cook tilapia until the fish flakes. Mix in taco seasoning and desired spices. Break fish into small
pieces. Drain black beans and add to pan. Then assemble the wrap. Divide fish mixture between
four whole wheat wraps. Add tomatoes, avocado, cabbage and yogurt as desired. Roll up the wraps.
