Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons walnuts
• 1 cup organic baby kale
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
• 1 cup almond or coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon stevia
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Instructions:
Finely chop walnuts in food processor or blender. Add baby kale to chopped walnuts and process
until mixed. Add pumpkin puree, almond or coconut milk, stevia, cinnamon and flaxseed. Pour
into serving glass. Use all organic ingredients for a completely organic version.
