• 1 red pepper, diced
• 1 yellow pepper, diced
• 1 green pepper, diced
• 1 bunch parsley
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 cup white vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
• Sea salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a very large bowl. Refrigerate 2 or more hours and serve.
