Ingredients:
2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup whole natural almonds
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, 60% cocoa
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup pure honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add almonds, chocolate chips, raisins, cranberries, cinnamon and oatmeal. Mix for 1 minute.
Add honey, peanut butter and water. Mix for 3 minutes until all ingredients have been combined thoroughly.
Using your hands, mold mix into a brick shape and place on parchment paper. Cover tightly with saran
wrap and place in fridge for 30 to 45 minutes. You are now ready to cut into 8 snack bars. Wrap individually
for a daily snack on the go. Enjoy!
