
YOU DID IT! Way to go!! I hope during this Mini Challenge journey you accomplished what we set out to do:
- Learn how much sugar you are eating;
- Develop a plan to cut back on your sugar intake; and
- Take steps to reduce your sugar intake.
I also bet if you have been keeping track with your Sugar Visual there is a huge difference between Week 1 & Week 6. You should feel proud. I hope this Mini Challenge has also left you with more energy and with the tools to be successful for days to come.
Now it is time to make a commitment to yourself and to others around you to keep up with your sugar intake. There will be days or even weeks where you will fall off the track (remember sugar is in everything practically). The best way to keep going is be in the know - track your sugars, monitor them and don’t give in to the sugary drinks – that will push you off the track faster than anything.
Best of luck on continuing to slay that sugar dragon and not reigniting a flame for an old sugar love.
