EVAN’S ORANGE CHICKEN FINGERS
A new, non-processed twist to chicken fingers
with honey mustard sauce.

Ingredients:
• 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup 100% fresh orange juice
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch pepper
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
Cut chicken crosswise into 1-inch-wide strips. Mix mustard, orange juice, honey, extra virgin olive oil and
pepper in a medium bowl until smooth. Add the chicken and completely cover with mixture. Cover and
marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare grill. Oil the grill rack with cooking spray. This will keep the chicken fingers from
sticking to the grill. Remove the chicken strips from the marinade. Grill the chicken until no longer pink
in the center, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Season with salt and serve.
