FAT-FREE TUNA BEAN SALAD

Skip the tuna fish sandwich and try this
easy-to-make, super healthy tuna bean
salad instead!
Serves: 3
Serving Size: 1 cup
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Inactive: 1 hour

TOTAL: 1 hour 10 minutes
Ingredients:
• 1 can water-packed white tuna
• 1 15 oz can cannellini beans
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• pinch of dried oregano
• pinch of dried thyme
• Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Drain and rinse cannellini beans. Drain tuna. In a serving bowl, combine chopped onion, celery,
balsamic vinegar, oregano and thyme. Add beans and tuna and stir to combine. Leave in fridge
for about 1 hour if you want it cold. Spoon on top of a lettuce leaf and serve.
