will satisfy your need for a crunchy pick-me-up
in the middle of the day.

Ingredients:
• 3 cups mixed nuts
• 1/4 cup flaxseed
• 1/4 cup quinoa
• 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
• 2 egg whites
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1-1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
• 1/4 teaspoon cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Combine mixed nuts with flaxseeds, quinoa and sunflower seeds. In a separate bowl, whisk
egg whites with honey, coarse salt, cayenne, cumin and cinnamon. Toss with nut mix. Spread in
a single layer on a baking sheet; bake at 325 degrees until dry, stirring occasionally, about 30
minutes. Scrape from pan while cooling, to avoid sticking. Great as a snack or take to work!
